Reference 771: wafer type ball valve This wafer type ball valve is made up of stainless-steel body and ball, while the seat is in 15% glass fiber-filled PTFE (RTFE), for better creep strength and deformation resistance. It comes in sizes ranging from DN15 to DN150, and is fitted with a locking device for diameters DN25 to DN100. This wafer type ball valve has threaded holes and RF PN16 flanged ends. Our reference 771 also offers a lot of other specific features: It is a full-bore valve It has an anti-blowout stem It is equipped with an ISO 5211 mounting pad Its body is hollow It allows temperatures ranging from -20°C to +180°C The maximum operating pressure is 16 bar This wafer type ball valve main advantages are its compact design and lighter weight. It is most often used in the industrial field, in the chemical and petrochemical industries for example, but also in the pharmaceutical sector, or in hydraulic installations and compressed air systems.
