Specifications of TCR-02T electric actuators The TCR-02T electric actuators feature a compact design with a 90° operating angle (±2°). They include an ISO 5211 pad and star connection . The ABS plastic enclosure and steel reducing box ensure durability and efficiency. They operate in temperatures from -20°C to +60°C . Duty cycle is S4 (50% operational time), except for TCR20 and TCR40 models which have an S3 duty cycle (85% operational time). Available with a torque from 20 Nm to 400 Nm, they support voltages of 95-265V AC/DC , 24V AC/DC . Focus on the regulation function The TCR-02T electric actuators are designed for actuating ¼ turn valves with a torque of 20 Nm . These actuators feature a regulation function that allows them to precisely control the position of the valve based on an input signal of 4-20mA or 0-10V . This functionality is useful for applications that require accurate valve positioning to regulate flow, pressure, or other process variables. Standard equipment of TCR electric actuators The TCR electric actuators come with adjustable limit switches and 2 auxiliary limit switches. They feature thermal protection , a 3D position indicator , a manual override by hex key, and regulated 2-3 W anti-condensation resistor . These actuators are equipped with an IP67 leak-tightness rating , making them suitable for indoor use and potentially for outdoor use under proper shelter. Supporting parallel installation , the TCR-N actuators allow multiple units to operate simultaneously, which is crucial for systems requiring synchronized valve movements. Additionally, they offer manual control with a key, providing a necessary override option for maintenance or in case of power failure.
